Synopsis:
A comic ballet in two acts, The Bright Stream, set to music by Dmitri Shostakovich, features sets by Ilya Utkin and costumes by Elena Markovskaya. The libretto, by Adrian Piotrovsky and Fyodor Lopukhov, tells the story of the members of a Russian farm collective in the 1930's and their humorous interactions with a group of visiting performers during the harvest festival.
The original production of The Bright Stream, with choreography by Lopukhov, was premiered on April 4, 1935 by the Maly Opera and Ballet Theater at the Maly Theatre in Leningrad.

간단 감상.
도린 언니야랑.
작년에 너무 재미있게 봐서 이번에는 다른 캐스팅으로.
재미있긴 했는데 아직 시즌 초기라 클래식 발레에 목말라 있는지라 지난번처럼 너무너무 재미있게 보지는 않은듯.
그리고 지난번에 오시포바, 바실리프, 심킨에게 뿅 갔던지라 이번에는 임팩트도 좀 약했던듯. 내게만. ^^;
홀버그의 발레리나복 씬 정말 박장대소하게 만들었고, (작년에 심킨은 그냥 너무너무 이뻤던지라. ^^) 고메즈, 머피, 헤레라 캐스팅 다 맘에 들었다.
어쨌든 즐겁게 감상하고 올만에 만난 도린 언니야랑 좋은 시간 보냈음.
